I find that other "good" vodkas are way worse, though, even ones that cost twice as much. Grey Goose etc are shit compared to RS, and they're like 35 a bottle, while RS is 16 and Platinum is like 23 or something.

I can appreciate most things. I usually drink Black Velvet since cheap and decent. If I could have whatever I wanted it would be a Scotch I haven't had. I like Russian Standard pretty well too. Beefeater is good. Cognac and brandy in general atre enjoyable. I drink liquor probably about 5 times a week almost always straight so it adds up and I get cheaper stuff. If I have cocktails I usually make something up or have gin and tonic or a white Russian like a dessert.

I have done that many times before and then a few months later I would find myself slowly falling back into old habits and eventually being back to where I was.

I also noticed weight gain even though I'm really active and eat well. So I figured with the weight gain and the fact alcohol is literally poison for your body that it just seemed like the best option for me would to be just stop

Usually vodka, Stolichnaya or Smirnoff, maybe some cheap estonian stuff if I have it. I don't get hungover over one day of drinking, but after a week of being drunk I do get some bad withdrawal symptoms for a day or two. Taking a break for a few months break now tho.
