Also know that meditation is simply a state of mind. You can meditate like pic related or you can do walking meditation or dancing meditation or literally anything you want

I've had some good results with consistent meditation. I used meditations I found off the Joy of Satan website and just do the same few every night, it's enjoyable and there do seem to be other long-term benefits if you're consistent. Just relax and enjoy the ride, and be consistent in what you do.
