I have finally figured a very possible and probable explanation for why im a neet eobot with no confidence.

I only came to terms about this at 27. I now see my mother not as a nuisance and a source of drama but as a dangerous threat to my future emotional, mental, and overall wellbeing.
I have been infantilised and feel i cant do anythig myself, despite having all 4 working limbs and a functioning brain. I grew up taught to never ask for help and only rely on myself because people can't be trust. It took many years for me to finally connect the dots and realise perhaps the real cause the real reason for why im such a shell of a person and neet at 27 is because of the person that i have been growing up with the entire time, my own mother.
