I just use rogaine. I barely ever bother putting on nizoral unless I have an itchy scalp or I'm in the mood because if you put it in your scalp and let it sink in idk how to explain but its a great feeling, putting on rogaine is also a lot of fun. If you are scare of the sides just try rogaine, there is nothing bad about it apart from the price.
