Really?!?!? Sorry I just don't know anything about the language, I didn't realize it was that simple. But would you know any reputable learning materials I could use? I don't mind paying as long as it isn't super expensive, like perhaps a workbook or something?

I started learning it years ago but the first book I bought was called Japanese Demystified. It has its flaws but it covers the fundamentals of grammar and basic vocabulary. Exposes you to kanji too, so you see it's not that hard.

You won't be able to learn much Japanese from that book alone, but that's true of any one book, and this got me started.

Texfag here, I live reasonably close to and have eaten from all three.
My personal rankings are

>In-n-out
>Five Guys
Whata is my favorite because it's open 24/7 and they have a bit of variety on the menu. I usually get a double cheeseburger with mustard, no mayo, with fries and bbq to dip in.
In-n-out is good because it's so cheap and still quality, and I really like the car trays that they give you.
I have nothing against 5 guys, it just doesn't have anything that could put it above the other two.
