Does anyone here ever talk to themselves in their head, or have imaginary conversations? Sometimes when I've read something that requires a little processing (science, politics, whatever) it gets stuck in my head and I try to work it out as if I was explaining it to someone - usually a child or historical figure.
I'm not hearing voices and I'm not delusional. I do have a couple psychological disorders but this doesn't fit any of the ones I know. I can't be alone though, r-right?

Finally I met a girl who is perfect for me in every possible way. She is cute, funny, smart and she loves me for who I am. Which is a rarity because I'm a fucking loser. I never imagined there would exist such a person.
But now, that I found her, I don't know what to do. I have a low sex drive, and I don't really feel attraction to anybody. She keeps pressuring me into physical contact. I don't really mind, but I can't be passionate about it at all.
The other problem is work. I wanted to go abroad and work there, but then I would have to leave everything behind, even her.
I realized that I liked being a loner. But now I have a chance of a lifetime. If I miss this, I won't get another one.
What should I do?
