How do you guys get the energy?

My grandma had type 2 and she was massively fat. Ended up getting half of her leg amputated, then dying. Turns out that side of my family has a pre-disposition to developing type 2 diabetes, but as long as I don't become a fatso, I'm all good.

Like, I sleep about 8-10 hours a night, and if I let myself, I'll sleep 12 hours even. I'm just constantly fatigued.
I don't really feel particularly depressed. I keep active and try to work and stuff, I just feel drained. Maybe I have cancer or some nutritional deficiency. I don't really eat well, that's for sure.

Hey there! I see a lot of guys complain that their too short to get girls or that girls won't date short guys.
I'm 6'4" but I know a thing or two about girls, here are some tips! All of these always work for me!
Act confident, girls don't care how tall you are if you're 6'3" in height but 5'7" in confidence. YOU can get this girl.
Make jokes about your height, it'll prove that it doesn't bother you, aiding your confidence. For example I'm always like "yeah I always hit my
head on the door haha", if you're short maybe be like "i need a stepladder to reach the top shelf of my pantry haha"
If you're really short (5'7" or under) go for short girls, they're less likely to care about your height. Maybe hang out with tall people to make yourself seem taller, at the very worst, you can be a wingman for them by making them look taller
