I think I've finally worked the habit of biking 2-4 hours a day 5 days a week. I am keeping my diet the same. Maybe I will finally feel and look healthy. I also eat more plants now, but it doesn't stop me from eating junk too. Idk what the topic of this thread is supposed to be, I guess I would like to hear your stories or current mood about fitness.

In my case, I am a mixed race. Not the "take the best of the two gene pools" kind, but rather "two unpopular met and got laid because they could" type.
Unfortunately, I am a native speaker in only the language of my native country but look exotics as fuck (at least enough for always being "randomly selected" at the airport customs).
I could go all day long complaining about my initial conditions and about my parents poor choices (I am not in good term with any of them anymore) but the thing is that I have to do my shits myself. I'll be the only one to TRULY have an interest in my welfare and nobody except me will ever have my long run happiness as a goal to get shit done for.
Realizing this changed my mindset. I hope it can change yours too.
