I'm stuck in a loop where I look forward to Friday and the weekend so I can be by myself and play games, watch movies, and drink in peace but when the weekend finally comes and goes I feel like I wasted it and I feel lonely.

I try to nap for most of the day so i dont eat but thats not healthy either.
Some days i do really good and only have 600-800 cals before dinner then a good light dinner but 10pm rolls around and the cravings kick into high gear and the hunger punches me in the gut. And i binge on snacks or fast food. Sucks desu.

No, that's probably like 90% of everyone here.
It's also the reason why I barely managed to graduated high school and then dropped out of college, and then repeatedly dropped out of adult education classes.
