Do you ever find yourself in situations where you ask yourself what a cuck would do and you don't do that?

Just today there was a young mommy with her baby in a stroller and another young child. And somehow some baby to fell out of the stroller or something to the floor and it was right next to me. I thought I should pick it up (in a sense, provide for her), but then I thought, "wait, that's exactly what a cuckold would do" and I didn't do shit, just stood there and watched the mommy pick up the fucking toy.

How did you do it guys?
I have had oneitis for 6 months with a qt3.14 who looks like pic related.
I thought things where going perfectly for the first 2 months and we eventually became very close friends.
However, I then found out she had a 26y/o (we are 19) world of Warcraft playing, Pokemon collecting bf. (hes not a robot though he's a faggot with a gf)

I am forced to see her all the time and she all ways goes out of her way to talk to me etc, I wouldn't mind this if every second I talk to her didn't cause immense pain and bitterness.

How do you get over someone you have to see everyday?

99% of my leisure time is spent lurking on 4chan and never posting. Well, today is my 21st birthday.

I got a couple of days off at my night shift job so I can pretend I'm actually going to go out and get wasted.
Instead here I am playing Crusader Kings 2 and jacking off, I'll probably have a joint later, probably shouldn't considering how ridiculously paranoid I've been getting recently.

I think my flatmates are starting to get seriously terrified of me, they visibly started to notice how I never initiate any conversation, never go out, and how quiet I am. I am incapable of small-talk when we run into each other in the kitchen and I manage to make every encounter as awkward as possible by not saying anything.
This girl in the room next to mine started to lock her door every time she goes to the bathroom now.

I think I'm legitimately fucking losing it, I haven't considered seriously offing myself in a long time.
