No not really. I wasn't medicated/diagnosed until I was an adult and without medication, I generally lack the self-awareness and the ability to keep on track. The brain fog, delusions of grandeur, flights of ideas, intrusive thoughts, shifting emotions, detachment set in and I couldn't give less of a fuck about life and giving into my impulses. It's just too much fun and the rush just feels too good.

My only way to keep on track is use Habitica (App) and set alarms. Otherwise I'll just forget and go do other things to entertain myself
