He's actually intelligent and well-read when it comes to discussing clinical psychological methods. When it comes to philosophy, he sort of just parrots Jung but he's still cool when it comes to analyzing Nietzsche and works through a Jungian lens. Self-help-wise he's sort of a meme and gives really obvious advice but whatever, it helps some people.
But when it comes to politics, he's a fucking idiot. He's just riding off the attention of a bunch of youtube commentators and e-celebs who like him because he doesn't care about personal pronouns.

I smoked when I was about 18 to 28.

When I was in my early 20s I would get winded by just walking up stairs and my dick didn't work very well and I was always coughing and gagging. I was also of course wasting all my money on the worst drug ever.

I did quit for a year or a few months here and there but I quit for good 3 years ago now. I don't even get the cravings anymore unless I'm binge watching some TV show or movie where everyone is smoking.
