Any success stories related to anxiety?
I can't even walk down the street without having a hundred different anxiety-related thoughts. My brain is constantly chugging through these thoughts, and focusing on anything else (trying to ignore my anxiety) is extremely difficult--so far, impossible even.
I've been like this for 7 years.

Filter out the noise in your mind by going to bed at 10:00 p.m. , cleaning dishes as soon as you're done with them, putting away dishes before you go to bed , and avoid looking at your phone whenever you have to sit or stand in silence (unless it's important).

Why are women so fucking unoriginal? Imagine being this much of a follower. The funny thing is in 3-5yrs there will be some new trend and they'll all try to look exactly the same as the new style. I'd have a bit more respect if they at least admited they're completely basic and can't think for themselves, but they try to claim they're "unique" or "special" or even claim they just decided to do it on their own, it's fucking ridiculous. Yeah it looks fucking awful, girls have awful taste, I'm not convinced anyone actually finds this shit attractive, it's just thirsty dudes will go for anything and girls are scared of doing anything outside of the crowd so they just follow each other. The problem is that this means girls are much slower to change trends. With guys, we almost all do our own shit, only the most hyperfaggot normies follow trends like that, but it's quick to change because guys try new and risky shit and eventually other guys see it's cool and go for it.
