I'm not nearly that bad, but I do get horny easily and tend to masturbate AT LEAST 1-3 times a day. Some days are worse than others and I'm not sure what affects my sex drive, but it's always been high. Granted I've been sexually deprived for my whole life pretty much, and I've always been perverted since I was like 12 or some shit. I'm not sure what to tell you, but maybe look up ways to lower one's sex drive.

I've heard working out helps control the urges, also taking cold showers. Try limiting your time on the internet as well, it's so easy to just look up porn online so it makes it easy to masturbate. You can masturbate without porn, but being on the internet just makes it more tempting and simpler Also try watching what you eat/drink, I've read certain foods can lower a sex drive while some raise it. You have to treat masturbation like any other addiction/drug/habit. You ween yourself off it slowly, perhaps you can tell yourself that you'll only masturbate 3-4 times a day. And then next week or next month knock it down to 1-2 times a day, and then so on and so on until you're only doing it like maybe once or twice a week if not less.

It is hard though, I went probably 2 weeks without masturbating and I can say it works, at least for me it did. Within the first 10 days my sex drive sank like a rock, it's just conquering that first 3-4 days is what's tough. Honestly I didn't like the feeling, my sex drive just vanished and nothing made me horny. I basically had to force myself to masturbate to get aroused, I don't like not having a sex drive. Masturbating is something I like and it's a daily thing for me, part of my daily routine. Cutting it out of my life feels weird, and I was getting depressed not being able to have a libido.

can try to delete any porn/anything you think will trigger any urges off your PC and use a webfilter with a password for sites you use (random string of letters/numbers write it down) and just try to remember it's a change you wanted to make and get some self control nothing you do will work if you don't

if it's something you do because NEET or escapism you have to solve that or you'll probably always give in and come back to it
