Clean your WHOLE house/apartment
Sign up for a sport group (great way to meet people)
Learn to sing (All the panties will hit the floor for you)
Take out the skateboard/bike/scooter
Get in the habit of sleeping 8 hours, with NO NAPS in a day (get your ass out of that bed)
Study for school (Even though it's the summer, you'll thank me later)
Get a pet (Take care of it you bastard)
Take up boxing or some form of martial arts (defend yo self)
Learn to cook a good meal (put grandmas cooking to shame)
Get a good tan outside (get crisp)
Do some stretches and yoga (Will insanely help with working out and running)
Write it out. In any way shape or form. Diaries, Journals, Daily logs, etc. (Can be to share or for personal use)
Get artsy and paint, draw, photograph, sketch, whatever works.
Make yourself a workout and meal plan (SET GOALS FOR YOURSELF, BROTHER)
NEVER say no to doing something that will get you out of the house, no matter if you think you won't enjoy it

I dont have anger issues but I'm sort of bipolar. I used to get drunk to contain my fits but I'm trying to cut it. When I got drunk I'd break shit on the street, trespass and sleep in parks or pickups. Sometimes I'd walk around town crying for hours.

I've been going to church to pray. There's one near my uni so I go whenever I got time. I'm not religious but it helps. It's just a slight relief but anything counts when youre fighting this kind of madness.
