A had high hopes going in. That maybe this time it'd be different.
I told her a lot about myself. And she took it in stride. But then all of a sudden after our first date she gets real quiet.
Tells me about an hour later she snuck out to a bar even though when she mentioned this earlier I said I'd like to accompany her.
Should have seen the issues then.
After she comes back the responses begin to dry up, and then she just stops talking to me.
Tells me out of the blue the reason she stopped responding was because I'm "not independent enough" even though I live on my own. I mentioned my father pays for my stuff so I didn't sound like a complete autist on Neetbux.
I'm going to college and trying to carve out a better life, but apparently because I chose not to be homeless and I don't have a job I'm not "independent enough".
I tried getting entry level jobs but literally couldn't even during hiring season because the level of young college students who were more experienced and better qualified was too damn high.

And, in retrospect, I honestly should have.
