It doesn't help being 6'3, I had one of those tests done where they calibrate your caloric intake you need to gain weight and I need roughly 3500 to compensate for my activities. (I need to run and work out to wear myself out, otherwise sleeping would be impossible.) I can hardly get past 1500 calories a day when trying, and when I'm not I'm fine settling for a single meal a day and I'll be satiated. For until I go to bed.
