Nope. This is some of my earlier stuff though.

Levels are the first thing I check, for especially light or dark clothing I'll try the brightness, adjust exposure if need be, then use the burn tool to darken the bits I want to see. I often see people saying to use the dodge tool to lighten the areas around it, but I grab a sample of their skin tone, paste it in a layer behind the photo, and then erase 20% or so of the top layer. (That's sorta cheating, but eh.)

Just learned about the high pass filter though and need to mess with that more in the future.

Here's an example of a good photo to try. You can already see her nipples and her areolas a bit.

First I adjusted the levels, then lowered the exposure a little and adjusted the gamma to make it a little brighter. I burned the nipples a bit, and then grabbed a sample of her skin tone as close to her tits as I could, then pasted it in a lower layer and gradually erased the top layer.

It's really a case-by-case sorta thing. Normally I'd say see-through-ness is more important than quality, but I couldn't really get anything usable out of this. Frankly, I was amazed doable.png came out so well for what it was - I attribute it to the high lighting.

While it's a comparable outfit, not really a comparable situation. The res is better than the one I posted, but there's not enough light for the darkness of her clothes. If you can't see something already, there's minimal chance an x ray will reveal anything.
