Looking for an older doujin

I'm looking for the name of an older doujin.

I can only somewhat clearly remember one page from it, it had some kind of futanari animal girl in a car, a guy was trying to shift gears but wasn't looking and I think he grabbed her dick by mistake, and she responded to him asking what the fuck that was with something like "That's me male part!" I think she had some irish or cockney accent. The doujin was translated into english and I think it may have been in color or had some color pages to it.

I can't remember a damn thing else about this but some memory of it triggered in my head today and I can't get past it. I know it was posted around 4chan a bunch a few years back but I haven't seen it in a long fucking time.

The girl also had some kind of big ear tag if I'm remembering right.
