Still, the moment you spun on your heel to tell her to hurry up, you saw she had somehow set Gambol Shroud and all her combat gear in place without making a sound, or even moving from her bed.
The order died in your throat before Blake could notice you giving it, and the only sound left was the clacking of Penny’s swords as she idly fidgeted with them. You’re reminded of a deck of cards in the hands of a professional gambler. Penny’s calm waving hand sends the blades flowing into a flying silver wave, and you idly wonder if you’re looking at the end result of a well-executed program or one of the first instances of art made by machines.
It’s almost noon when you get the ready signal from Ruby and Ciel, and your team files in behind you without a word. The greater scheme may have been your idea, but the approach was entirely down to your sister. The three teams, minus Liquorice, would be taking roundabout routes to Junior’s club. Weiss, Jaune, and Ciel would remain in constant contact with one another, working in tandem to lead all three teams around as many of Junior’s suited thugs as possible. Even with the excuse of a free day, eleven Huntsmen in training making a beeline for his club would draw suspicion.
Their efforts are rewarded when the three teams step onto Junior's block only minutes apart from one another. With the Club closed and no alarms raised, it's child's play for the massive group to maneuver into an adjacent alley without being spotted as a threat. Yang is visibly holding herself back from charging you in excitement as she asks, “Alright, how are we gonna do this?”
>A) Try to grab Junior without being seen. “Yang, take Nora and provoke some of these guys into a fight. The rest of us will split up and search the building for Junior while you distract them.”

Your ears are ringing, your mouth tastes like iron and sulfur, and the air smells even moreso. You open your eyes and are greeted with the sight of battle. Strange, upside down creatures with their feet stuck to the ceiling dangling over a black, starry abyss. Then you realize you're the one upside down, not the others.
Your eyes take a few moments to really adjust to the darkness, then you get a clearer picture of what's going on. You were right about there being a battle, at least. Looks like people fighting things that aren't people, and the people are getting torn to shreds, even though there's more of them than whatever they're fighting.
One of the things roars and grabs a poor guy by the head and rips it clean off with some sorta branch-arm. You guess the things are sort of like living trees? Kind of ironic these guys are fighting them with axes and losing. It takes you a few more moments that this sort of thing is supposed to be bowel-emptyingly scary and is not the time to be making sarcastic observations. The fact that the tree-thing is now walking toward you looking directly at you is helping that realization along, slowly but surely.
You regain feeling in your limbs and realize what you have clenched in your hands with a death grip.

So of course, meanwhile as Elizabeth...
You chew idly on one more donut, and clean up your mouth with a hankerchef. You know, ever since you took up this sugar-filled diet, you've been feeling much better then when you were trying to eat so-called "healthy" foods....
You mentally command your servant to feed you another donut as you think, deciding to not even waste the physical effort in talking...By God, mind control is so useful, especially when you don't have to speak or anything but sit there...
You notice mentally that the servant seems a bit terrified of you, more so then usual... Not to mention, he seems to be growing increasingly concerned over your powers...
Oh, how cute... Mortals, always so worried that you'll crush or eat or kill them... You'd only do that if they posed a threat, which honestly, few do... Not to mention, they usually just don't have proper incentive to be loyal to your family...
You of course, reassure his mind. People don't need to worry about you being angry like your husband, you are far above such barbaric things... Which your husband still needs to learn, of course. He can't just go everyone and crush everything...
...Even if it's honestly much more easier and simple to do. You have to give him credit for speeding so many things up just by killing or threatening people... Meanwhile, you had to mess around with your boobs... Which, while they were nice...
Well, you honestly thought they were a bit too much. Even this servant agrees, mentally... Oh, how nice.
You give him a psychic headpat, which confuses him a bit, and give him a wonderful smile for being such a dutiful servant to the Empire...
Which sadly scares him. You feel a bit sad about that... You know, you feel like some time you should probably try to make it so your teeth aren't as... Well, terrifying.
Meanwhile, that demon over there... Oh, he's just annoyed you can talk to him, but you don't think he knows you can listen to his thoughts...
...Which are honestly surprisingly not that bad. All he wants to do is go home and apparently sleep or watch television, you believe. Oh, and that little soul thing, as annoying as it may be...

Okay so we wanna take the recently captured witch to the =][= so she can be interrogated with inquisitorial witnesses. I want one of the SoBs we have witnessing as well.

Secondly. Cagirates mentioned that Ursus gave all the honour guard marines personalised rings. Examine Cagirates' ring extensively, have Seran look at it.
Finally something I remembered from awhile ago. The crashed thunderhawk on Sygma-477, the one that was filled with dead blank armoured marines. The footprints from the crash led to a facility in a forbidden zone.
Now that Hagen is in our pocket, the Imperial Navy will allow us entry. I propose we send Geron, the revenants and a few scouts over there to check it out, low profile.

Raijiin's Rampage and the assasination of Yuri were two hammer blows in Earth's Status Quo. Each one sent ripples to the farthest corners of the globe and then shockwaves throughthe heart of the regime itself.
In America, the state funerals were attacked by civillains who had to be put down by some Alpha Genome led task forces.
A week later the loss of the Superprisoners in the Labs meant no more Alphas could be created, putting those superpowered monsters at a premium as Doctor Darwin set about creating robots to take their place.
Europe became a hotbed of Resistance, as for some reason footage showing The Super League saving locals from the original ascension of The Regime spread like wildfire.
In particular a clip of Swift Core sweeping through Turin with vigour in their pursuit of a mafia family believed to be supporting The Super League's guerilla warfare. Someone annotated the video with the faces of those slain by the so called heroes, noting a grand total of forty innocents falling to the tune of one capture.
Who turned out to be a two bit cocaine smuggler anyway.
Asia had collapsed into a series of Warlords vying for control of Japan in the wake of a Valxion battleship's crash landing. The Regime seemed to be blissfully unaware of the massive cache of resources that had fell onto the planet - only that Asia had gone dark.
Africa still toed the line of the Regime on the surface, under the iron fist of Gauntlet and his Corps. But, the whispers that he was planning to move on Liberty and claim the planet in his own right were... unceasing.
