You are Ryoma Shizuhara, a young man living with his grandfather in the small town of Hashigata while your mother goes under chemotherapy. Recently, you gained the power to summon Personas and have vowed to save people taken by the subconscious judgments of others to the Reflected World. But now, you have to stay after school in detention with your friend and fellow Persona user, Hiroji Kotoku, as well as a delinquent girl named Momoko Ayabe- who seems to have a terrifying reputation.
Saturday, 4/16, After School
After waiting for Mrs. Nakahara to give you instructions, you, Hiroji, and Momoko are tasked with mopping the hallway floors, dusting all the classroom desks, wiping down chalkboards, and emptying the trashcans.
"This'll be easier if we split the task list up." says Hiroji, reading the list Nakahara left behind. "Ryoma, what do you want to do?"

You are the TEMPLAR, a holy knight sent to clear the frontier of monsters and heresy!
It was a bit of an understatement to say that you were feeling a just a tad uncomfortable when Solaire ordered yet another round of drinks for the tavern, much to their cheers. He was certainly quite the charismatic man, but the unintended side effect was that his charisma also drew a lot of attention to his companions, which currently included you and your little party.
Well, there were a few benefits, though. Mainly the free drinks. You couldn't complain about those.
You watch as Solaire chums it up with the other gathered adventurers that happened to be passing by Aldenshire, a rather unhappy looking Valentia sulking by his side.
Off to the side, you noticed the Guild clerk sitting at her own private table, scribbling away a various papers. Even when the Guild office was closed, she was still at it.
Meanwhile, your party seemed to have gone their own little ways. Morgan went out with Romulus for some "fresh air", while Naru was busy getting herself hopelessly drunk while keeping an eye on Nino. Probably not a good idea, in hindsight.

On a more plot relevant game, should we continue where we left with the trio in the broom room-gone-mad scientist lair, or ff a little to them having a nice meal and maybe some lewd afterwards, or even further ahead and just continue with the trip by ship to Alquia and run into their battleships on their test drive?

You woke up to the sound of guns.
At 5 AM.
FleetFest was apparently well underway as tankers from all schools were sparring, practicing, or hanging around on LGA. That meant lots of booths and kiosks were being set up, lots of impromptu street races, spars in parks, the works.
If you’re going to work today, you’re probably going to have to clean up after everybody. Not going to be fun.
Winona seems to agree. “Oh this is going to suck,” she says. “Everyone’s going to want an engineer’s opinion on what to do for FleetFest, more people are going to want me to help them fix their stuff, I’m going to be so busy today!”
“It’s worse,” says Stack. “Next week is labor day. School’s going to start. We’re going to have to take online courses and lectures.” Everyone groans at that.
You all step out of the lockerrooms, dressed in uniforms. “Well, I guess this is where I go to work,” says Josephina.
“Same,” says Ingrid. “Looks like summer’s over, girls. Gotta accept it.” Winona frowns heavily at that. Summer is over. Now comes the hard facts of autumn. And next, the chilly days of winter. But, the summer was at least well spent in the tournament.

A city in decay.
A nation gripped by crime.
This town needs a hero.
This town needs you.
You are the first new recruit of the NYPD, an organization that once commanded respect, but one that now was a patchwork of corrupt cops and incompetent bureaucrats.
Crime runs rampant, easily taking advantage of the Polices' disrepair. Heroin addiction grips the city, people don't go out at night and a murder happens everyday. They need the NYPD more than ever, and with you among their ranks, you can bring the Department back to its former glory.
Trek across the Boroughs of NYC, working with a web of on the beat officers, plainclothes workers and secret informants to take down the biggest criminals of the day, and make the City safe.
But first, we need to figure out who you are;
>I am a incorruptible man of the law, an officer who can't be bought. I fight against crime and corruption, and believe nobody is above the law.
>I am a loose cannon, a cop who doesn't play by the book. I do what it takes to get the job done, and chafe against the inner politics and slow nature of the Force.
>I am a shady cop, someone who understands that it there's always a price. I'm someone who works among the criminal underworld, who takes bribes to undermine the scum of this town from the inside.
>>1480155
>I am a shady cop, someone who understands that it there's always a price. I'm someone who works among the criminal underworld, who takes bribes to undermine the scum of this town from the inside.
In an already corrupt city this will be the most effective route, plus I don't think we've ever had a shady cop on quest
Since voting seems to be moving slow, I'll move on once we get 5 votes.
>I am a loose cannon, a cop who doesn't play by the book. I do what it takes to get the job done, and chafe against the inner politics and slow nature of the Force.
Tis I, OPKnight back from the dead after a long hiatus! I am but a humble scribe of the tale of *Insert Character Name Here* and his journey through the Kingdom of Gnod characterized by its comically themed knights, its over reliance on them, and its pendant for poorly drawn maps. >A Plague Knight, wielding alchemy and its products

Your name is Kaori Etou, a student of the Tetsuyashi Academy of the Psionic Arts, and you are watching the class president of 1A do her job for the festival next week.
A student stands up from his seat. He shouts, “The vote won fair and square! It’s decided!”
“It’s not even a majority! T-this is...! ” she says, “Kaori, help me out here!”
“Eh-ehn?” you flinch, caught off guard. “We could redo the vote with single-transferrable vote, perhaps.”
“The what-now?” she blankly blinks, “A redo?”
Another guy rises. “Hey, you can’t do that! That one was perfectly good. You can’t weasel your way out of this, Saki!”
Usagi gulps. “We’re not going to do a maid café, that’s too embarrassing!”
A voice comes from the back of the classroom. “Embarrassing?” he scoffs, “There’s nothing embarrassing about domestic service. Please, we live in a modern society that doesn’t discriminate against people of different classes.” He punctuates the sentences by adjusting his glasses. “Now, if you can just relay our event to the Student Council...”
“You missed the point completely!”
“But Saki...” a girl speaks up. Almost every male student looks at her in surprise, “Everyone did see the café win...” she says, huffing between each sentence. She’s breathing way too heavily to be saying something like that. She’s suspicious, way too suspicious.
“Uuuuu,” the class president bemoans.

It's time.
The wondrous land of Melodia was once desolate. All beings lived in fear of monstrous overlords, led by four dragons known as The Quartet. The Quartet could manipulate thought with sound, reduce people to weakness with the tones of their voices. But soon enough, humanity grew tired of being pushed around. The revelation of music came. Through odd contraptions, they could play patterns of sound to strengthen themselves out of the control of the Quartet. Soon enough, they could use it to break their own limits. They could surpass The Quartet. Eventually, the dragons ceased their control over humanity and let their monsters roam free. Though history demands that the dragons of The Quartet were defeated, there was no body, some speculate they've still been in control all along, or are just in hiding. But even still, civilization spread, the group of kingdoms known now as Melodia, music and Harmony Spells became an everyday normalcy. But as of late, strange things have been going on. Entire areas rendered ghost towns, all playing a single melody in their songs. Composers cannot break this enchantment, leaving kingdoms baffled.
Maybe a new band (that could be anyone, perhaps you?) could restore the world's waning hope.

This quest, as the title suggests, takes place in the world of Dragon Ball. You're playing as a twenty-seven year old man named Tofoo, and will adventure through the story of the Dragonball series alongside characters such as Goku, Yamcha, Bulma, Tien, and many others. Through your actions, you can make significant changes to the story, and perhaps even become the strongest fighter on Earth.
>Rules
At the end of each update you'll have ten minutes to vote on options. Write-ins are allowed, but I do reserve the right to veto them.
In the event of a draw, the option to receive the next vote wins
Rolls will be used on certain occasions, such as attempting a technique for the first time or attempting something extremely difficult. You will have three rolls, and if one succeeds, you succeed. There are no crits.
Rolls are made AFTER an option wins, not during the voting process
I hope everyone has fun.

Chat room with me and other players. I answer questions, post sketches, and act cheeky.
You whisper some questions to Crockett, letting him know what you think should happen. He nods and returns to his seat, bringing out his notebook. "Well then, if you don't mind Lang, I'd like to ask you a few quick questions." he says, initially returned with silence. Somewhat irritated, Lang gestures for him to start asking.
"Now, it'd be nice if you gave me all honest answers here," Crockett says as he settles into his seat, "But if you don't know everything that's fine, don't go making up something cause you think it's what I want to hear, or that I need an explanation from you. Rather not have any false leads or anything else to muddy this up."
"I know how this goes, you don't have to speak to me like I'm a civilian."
"Just going through the formalities. I think what I'd like to know first is how you ended up at the Talbot's today. Normally, running to family wouldn't be the smartest choice but Lawrence has been a bit estranged from them for the past few years, and it seems like you folks came in pretty prepared." As he speaks, notes are jotted down on the page and pause only to wait for Lang's answer.
"I haven't really been involved in a lot of this, so I don't know what you're expecting to get out of me..." Lang grumbles, "But from what I could tell, the man, Mr. Talbot? He called in from a paper, was wanting some information about her." She gestures at Delilah, not picking up how uncomfortable the conversation had already started to make her. "I think he was calling to try and ask who was looking for her, or who she was, or something along those lines. Told him that they wanted to come down and ask him some questions in person, but they managed to convince him to get into the car, one way or another."
"So... they kidnapped him." Palmer says.
"You really think he was going willingly through any of it? I got called in about the same time. Done some work before, usually either digging up paperwork or hiding it, but today was kinda a first. If I'd known it'd go to shit so quick..." she stops a moment to collect her thoughts, Delilah looking down to the floor as she tries not to pay too much attention. "All I knew is that I was supposed to help get someone back, but I wasn't supposed to be part of the negotiations, if you could call it that. Was supposed to be there for stuff like security, making sure you guys weren't better prepared than them."
Crockett stops writing and asks, "That why you were snooping around outside?"
"And to make sure you guys didn't have a clear way out, case you tried to leave on foot. Don't know why he was so worried about that, but if I was getting paid for it then who am I to complain."
"You weren't just paid in money, were you?" Palmer asks, eyeing the other officer.
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"I've got a few years on you. Isn't hard to guess what's got you all worked up and sweating in the middle of winter."
"Don't you try pulling that on me-" Lang starts to snap, but Crockett clears his throat to catch their attentions.
"Excuse me ladies, I'd like to stay on track right now if you don't mind..." Both officers keep their mouths shut, but the growing tension between them rises. "So, from what I can gather, Mr. Talbot called in and they rolled up in the welcome wagon and made him show the way home... They do that for everyone? Seems a bit...tedious."
"They have big guy in the back on record, and it's not exactly a common name. If you got someone calling in with it, not really hard to put two and two together. Meeting him in person seemed to be part of the standard, can't really speak for the whole uh, abduction part." Lang seems content with glaring out the window now, but as long as she answers then it doesn't matter how much she sulks.
"I'm guessing that Hanson man was busy trailing us during all this," Crockett mummers, "Know anything about that?"
"That old guy? Quiet guy, but from what I heard he can be a mean son of a bitch. Never heard him curse or raise his voice around me, but damn if it didn't scare the shit out me every time he had something to say. He just has this way about him, feels like he could snap a guy's neck and not even think about it."
"He's got a mean punch, let me tell you..." Hand coming up to rub over his face, Crockett doesn't need a reminder of where those bruises came from.
"Don't know who scares me more, him or his boss-"
Palmer hushes her quickly, "Psst, hey. Keep the rest of that for later." Lang doesn't take well to this, especially coming from her again.
"What's your problem? You guys are asking me questions, and now you're hushing me? The hell is that?"
"You really don't know what's going on, do you?" snarls Palmer, who you can guess has been briefed on the circumstances. "You even consider what kinda guy would hire you to help with kidnapping, or are you really just desperate to line your pockets?"
"You don't know me- Besides, what about you? This isn't in the books, far as I know you're doing the same as me."
Delilah turns around, peeking her face over the seat between the women. "P-Please don't argue... Can we just get Lawrence some help...?" They accept her request, but the tension in the front seat is thick enough to cut with a knife. She returns facing forward, watching you worried.
When you get to Lang's uncle, you'll be able to ask questions without Delilah around. It would be good to start thinking of some now,

You open your eyes to a wolf prodding your cheek with her nose.
It’s dark. The sun had set hours, hours ago. The lights and lanterns hung on bare spaces of wall are still lit, their translucent covers showing dimmer flames.
Ashtia retreats a step. You peel your face off the pages, then gather the books up into a stack and place them on the nearby desk. Lulette sleeps soundly, not minding the cool stone. You pick up and place the fairy on your shoulders, letting her flop into your hair. Bob tracks your hand as you take its clay pot and put it carefully into your bucket.
There is an odd mood in the air. The serenity of the evening has turned into something more ominous.
Ashtia looks up at you. She doesn’t seem to know what’s happening.
You start walking in the direction of the foyer, navigating shadowed paths through the forest of shelves. It takes longer than it should without small metal constructs guiding you but you weren’t far. A few minutes later you reach the front of the Skyhaven Archives.
It’s brighter here, and there's a bunch of people around. Many are adult or older men and women in blue robes but there’s some that are wearing plainer outfits.
There are three others closer to the foyer’s wooden counter who seem to be almost shouting at each other. The girl with braided pigtails you saw earlier is still on the counter, and you see her nervously inch away from the arguing group.

The gnomes are moving about everywhere. You bend down and scoop one up as it runs by, subtracting a tiny bit from their chorus of clinking metal feet.
It has a silver metal top hat. Shiny. “No kidnapping!” The construct states immediately.
“Something feels funny,” you say. “What’s happening outside?”
“Doom!” One gnome pipes up while circling your ankles. “Bad things!” Squeaks another.
“The city is being brokened!” The book gnome you’re holding says. “Bedlamonium!” “The constructs are breakening everything!” “Dooom!”
That does sound like bad things. Skyhaven has lots of constructs and you didn’t really see many people being guards while you were walking around the city. If the constructs became like the ones you saw in the town from a few days ago...
“People have come here!” “The Archives are safe!” “Safe!” “The Curator said so!”
You think they’re talking about some of the people in plainer clothing. Civilians, ordinary people. They look tired, some sitting on the ground and resting with their backs to the walls of the foyer.
You don’t hear anything outside but there’s that feeling hanging over the night. Something weird and wrong, and a little bit everywhere.
