/pol/ is too fast at this moment. Thread without enough replies dies within few minutes. And what is worse, 80% of threads is about American politics (mostly Trump and gun laws), and there is no chance this will change in the next months. Because of that there is often no chance to discuss anything else, like European and Asian politics (except mocking western countries for being cucked). So what I suggest is to split /pol/ into /usp/ - USA politics and /pol/ - World politics (except USA). This would improve both sides. Americans could have entire board for discussing Trump in slightly slower pace and the others who want to discuss non-USA politics would have chance to do it, without using buzzwords in OP like "/POL/ IS OVER", "PROVE ME WRONG / YOU CAN'T". So please Hiroshima, take a look at this and split /pol/.

There you go, a full summary of East Asian political relations
Where the fuck do you see something about Asian politics board? The other /pol/ would be about all European, South American, Asian, African, maybe even Australian politics.
I agree, doing this would help improve the quality. As it is, /pol/ is in many cases simply to fast to discuss some of the less meme-topics.
This should also be combined with enforcing the rules against spam, like at all. Posting a few memes is alright depending on the thread, but shit like "meme-magic" or "Lord Kek", "Winter-chan" and so on don't belong on the board, plain and simple. They add nothing of value and just take up space.
What needs to be done to /pol/ is removing flags
/pol/ is fucking racist and will never respond to you if you're not an anglo, from Scandinavia, Germany of France
I want to have a healthy and interesting discussion about politics and I never get any responses, instead Israeli and Indian posters get thrown "[INSERT MEME HERE]" and the occasional proxy fag getting "RARE FLAG" replies
IT'S TURNING INTO MORE OF A SHITHOLE THAN /v/
>>you're just out to destroy the precious board, no change is possible, you seek betterment, you're a cuck
That isn't what i said at all. Nice reading comprehension you got there. What I said was:
>There is already one group of people who want lefty/pol/, and another group who want a conspiracy board. Now comes your board request for a 4th /pol/ related board on top of those.
What makes you think your idea for a new /pol/ is any better than the other ideas already submitted before yours?
"Interesting" to teenaged memers and "interesting" to people that want to discuss politics are two very different things. While I don't go to /pol/ any more it's very clear that the two groups are very different and one of them doesn't get replies as fast enough as the other to remain on the board.
Perhaps a better split would be /pol/ and /memepol/.
/pol/ is a world politics board. The discussions of the community housed there are strongly influenced by its multicultural composition, allowing more varied perspectives and sources of information. Splitting it apart would in essence destroy the board.
In short, this is just another thinly veiled "delete /pol/" thread.
>change /pol/ rules
>ban /pol/ users from other boards
>/pol/ /pol/ /pol/
Jesus, /qa/. It's like /pol/ is your fucking boogeyman.
Fuck off, man.
OP here, I'm done with this board. Most retards here seem to have reading comprehension of a fucking ape. Literally 90% of responses didn't get what I'm saying and they came with their own shitty misinterpretations of my post. Stay reddit, /qa/
