The only films that ADHD babbies who watch tv shows and play video games are able to enjoy is capeshit. This explains all the childish shitposting on /tv/.
That along with all the annoying celebrity shit cannot be mixed with cinema.
We need /cine/
Please Hiro, create ''/cine/ - Cinema'' so lovers of cinema like myself can browse a board dedicated to cinema and not see pic related all over the catalog.
>and then he told him that one of his hobbies is "watching films"!
>these fucking virgins, right? hahaha :)
>i'm a simple guy: beer, sports and pussy
>
please have sex with me
Yeah a movie-focused board would be so much better. Then I could have all my shitposting Star Wars, TDKR, and Capeshit marvel movies all in one concentrated format with nothing to challenge them.
>4chan is srs bsns
>why are you not taking place in srs discussion? 4chan should be a place for serious discussion like i have on rebbit
>mods please create our own subreddit now please i cant handle being called a faggot, i need a safe space
>BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW PEOPLE ARE TALKING ABOUT THINGS AND HAVING FUN WITH THINGS THEY LIKE INSTEAD OF CIRCLEJERKING ME ABOUT OLD MOVIES
>BAWWWWWWWWWWWWW WHY WONT ANYONE MAKE THINGS THAT CATER DIRECTLY TO MY TASTES?
it is you who belongs on rebbit
>CIRCLEJERKING ME ABOUT OLD MOVIES
This is how I know you're a redditor, at least you tried.
Ye, right. I am sure /film/ would be a success.
Face it, you just want a place where you can wank with your autists and use your meme words that help you feel better about yourself. Why not make a subreddit? You can even moderate it yourself however you like.
And there isn't absolutely anything wrong with saying black and white cinema because that's what it is. I am sorry your autistic brain can't get over that fact.
you really really like dumb meme words
>there isn't absolutely anything wrong with saying black and white cinema because that's what it is
But there is because ''black and white'' isn't a genre you dumbshit and it's not distinct enough like silent films.
>oh no he browses one of the original boards on this website
do you even like anime? Why do you think you belong on this website and have to a right to tell everybody how it should operate?
>he thinks this isn't an anime imageboard
>and I actually used the word 'cinema' referring to a movie
Unbelivable. That's why your stupid meme shit needs to stop. Just reading your posts, I can feel my IQ slowly, but surely dropping. I am not against having a board about movies, but I know that board would end up being the same as those "Cinephile" threads were, full of pretentious, elitist wankers.
I am out of this useless thread. Enjoy your "kino".
>hating anime on 4chan of all places
>other people are redditors and not yourself
pick one and only one
Funny thing, new boards... when they're new, nobody fucking goes there. And the discussion is fantastic.
The hypothetical /cine/ board would fall the same way /tv/ did. Yes, /tv/ fell. /tv/ use to be good. Talked about old movies and even non-English (gasp!) things made before 1960 on it. And they were great discussions. Had a goddamn blast. Even asked about things I didn't know the names of (old French movies, seemed to come up a lot), and got the answers.
Now /tv/ has more than 104 people on it! And you think it's bad and need a new board?! Your new board, in 3 years will need its own Balkanization.
The OP in 2018:
>We need a /kino/ board! There is clearly market for it, look there are 3 whole Kino threads on /cine/! We want to be rid of all these cineposters, and get down to the real discussions of pure kino masterpieces.
And then beyond that, /kino/ will need its own Balkanization, into who knows what.
This is a game with no end. Too often if you don't like something, no matter how untopical or against the rules it is, if you complain about it people will tell you to stop trying to destroy the "board culture" or to go back to some place. Or to just have fun.
Since the OP is an idiot, he should stop trying to fly in the face of /tv/'s board culture, turn his brain off and have a little fun, and if he doesn't like it, he can venture beyond the walls of 4chan to find a place his stodgy, eclectic interests will be entertained. Boo-hoo.
