Should "sugar threads" be allowed on /soc/?
I'm pretty uncomfortable with this, because it gets really close to advertising, and not only advertising but arguably advertising of prostitution which is a violation of United States law.
Here's an example of one such thread:
>>>/soc/23188059
People arranging to "meet" in exchange for cash puts the site in uncomfortable legal territory I think. I'd prefer 4chan to not become some prostitution hub.
There is also stuff such as panty selling going on. I'm sure Hiroyuki-san is familiar with the used panty selling business from his time on 2ch. I wonder if he allowed such businesses to operate on that website?

Immoral = illegal

I'm less concerned with the morality or the legality of it, and more concerned with the site attracting gold digging faggots who think they can make a quick buck off us.
If there's a lawsuit it'll attract attention to this place and nobody wants that. /soc/ was a mistake; there's /fa/ for "Tell me I'm pretty" threads.

/soc/ is fine, we just need to keep the actual exhibitionists, and keep out the literal prostitutes.
>I don't like it
>therefore it should be banned
Grow up, faggot. It's a hookup thread just like any other in /soc/. Would you have a problem with daddy / little girl hookup threads as well? They are quite similar.
