For a proper comparison, you'd need to turn the native extension on, and make the settings as similar as you can. Most of the basics are now in the native extension, but there are a lot of things missing. No archive integration obviously, no expand all images button, no gallery, no way to paste images from the clipboard to the quick reply, no way to auto-watch threads you start or reply to, no way to add any image search tools other than Google or iqdb, etc. The filter UI in native is more user-friendly, though, although you can't filter on all fields.
