Change Titles:
>/x/ - Horror and the Paranormal
>/m/ - Mecha and Tokusatsu
>/adv/ - Advice and Self-Improvement
Board Specific Changes:
>remove the ability to post threads on /trash/
>allow colorposting on /s4s/
>allow users to embed links to /f/
>add flags to /trv/
>add a 2MB floor to /hr/
>increase file size cap to 12MB on /hr/
>allow doubles on all boards where it isn't allowed
Other Changes:
>allow users the option to automatically hide all replies to a post when they hide/filter a post

Site wide IDs or a new one for each thread? From what I know IDs have only been used for the latter. Anything other than that isn't really anonymous.
