Because its a known fact the mods and janitors do browse /qa/, and many of them purposely try to shitpost threads up over something they don't like. A post in a thread about moot for example that called him an idiot got deleted. In another thread about criticizing the mods, a big post that really laid into them got deleted as well. /aco/ I have to agree. Something was not right about that. The whole banning all western art on /d/ made no sense. Not to mention the mod purged so many threads that had western art in it. The mod also went ahead and banned topics that were "too western". That mod turned /d/ into a futa board pretty much and killed its community. /aco/ was just supposed to be for normal western porn, like /co/ wanted, but the mods used it just to say fuck you to Hiro and the users.

And the report feature only works on boards the mods prefer to use, like /a/. Report something on /v/ and chances are the shitpost or shit thread will not get deleted at all. Try it on /tv/, and you will get banned for it.
