Can anyone explain this shit to me?
I rarely browse /tv/, but whenever I do, I see hotpockets and hotpocketeers delete threads about female actresses discussion and 'which female actress has the best X' (i.e. feet, butt, tits, etc.). However, whenever I switch boards, mods and jannies seem to be completely ok with similar threads on /v/, /a/, and many other boards (such as "which is the best anime loli, /a/?", "which (anime name) would you (anime name), /v/?", "THICK THREAD, KEEP IT VIDYA", "which one of these characters is the prettiest?", "hey guyse let's discuss Gabe Newell's personal life" etc.).
Why is that? Do mods hate /tv/? Is there an unwritten rule I missed that disallows such discussion on /tv/?

I don't know honestly. I think they realized they fucked /tv/ over and just don't want to go back on it because of their internet egos. Hotpocket logic.
Bloody Hell, man. That stuff's all over /co/ too. A fair amount of the replies in those threads are anime and video game characters too. The worst threads have to be the harem charts which have had a near constant presence for the past couple months.

ask yourself why you wanted to post in those threads
THICK THICK THICK threads on /v/ have more traffic than all of /e/ combined.

I get called both /pol/ and SJW depending on the day. It's great.
