Motivation: Because the question and answer board has had a momentum shift that has shown it to be the premier place to bitch about things they don't like. The community of people already bitching draws in more bitches to bitch so /qa/ is a very welcoming place for bitches, motivating people to bitch here. Likewise, as more and more bitches arrive the question answering necessarily dwindles, because even if the numbers remain the same, 4chan's formatting doesn't allow them to hold any more weight than any other post and they are outnumbered.

Justification: Everybody's doing it, therefore, it is alright if anybody does it.

Logical Entailment: People bitch, therefore people are bitching.

Physical cause and effect: A series of users have pressed buttons attached to a device that communicates text to a computer which causes that same text to be displayed on a glowing rectangle that you stare at.
