It's an easy (you) in most cases. It's a cheap way of getting guaranteed, easy replies, that generally don't have very much to do with the topic at hand. Some people just don't like it, and it really doesn't add anything useful in most discussions. It isn't useful, constructive, or needed on most boards. 18+ doesn't mean porn should be everywhere.

Because porn doesn't really add anything to non-porn discussion. If the whole discussion revolves around porn from the beginning, then you might have a point, but then it shouldn't be posted on a blue board anyway. And again, some people just don't want to see it. If porn really wasn't such a big issue, then it wouldn't be posted so frequently. Gore is hardly ever discussed, because it isn't posted as often. Some people want to see porn, and some people don't. Different boards exist to keep both parties happy. 4chan isn't a club only for people that want porn to be brought up in the midst of every topic. 4chan being 18+ is somewhat irrelevant, seeing as how most kids will watch porn anyway.
