I'm doing no fap for a week now but last night I had a "wet dream" likely because my nuts are used to produce too much to hold without regular sexual relief
I don't want to go back to masturbating to prevent getting surprises while I'm sleeping though because I think masturbating is more harmful than occasional wet underwear
It's still very uncomfortable though so does anybody know how to stop wet dreams without regular masturbation?

I'm thinking of taking some awareness / concentration tablets... Has anyone got any recommendations from their own personal usage?

I've been looking at Mind Lab Pro... They seem to get quite a good write up and people that have taken them themselves seem to swear by them.

Thoughts?
