>only to have Hillary buy the nomination via superdelegates
That would be the best possible outcome. I don't know too much about superdelegates but do you think that Hillary will still get the nomination with her support plummeting as it is?
stop making thread smelly
As long as she has her super delegates she is going to win the nomination. Sanders would have to get over 2/3s of the popular vote in almost every state in order to win more delegate points than her. Has never happened.
what's the cruz/trump debate prognosis? is MSM picking on it?
I had Pensacola tickets, was going to drive 8 hours from South FL to go but my gf had to work a double shift at the last minute (nurse)...it was disappointing but hearing Joe Scrablahblah flabbergasted was a little bit of a consolation prize, thanks for that link OP
I'm liberal and I've been reading it for...at least 14 years. The man has an unbelievable gift for picking the most important and most interesting stories of the day. It's just facts.
What cruz did with the birther thing was pretty shit for trump but when he brought up the "new york values" and trump made eyes watery with his "muh 9/11" he pretty much stumped him.
the conservative media consits mostly of new yorkers actually and they're all fucking pissed at cruz right now.
disclaimer: i'm not a bully just only to smelly people like americans and argentians
I saw the debate last night, but got worried about how the media might try to spin it
I think I speak for all New Yorkers when I say that was a glorious moment. Trump is an asshole - hell, he might be THE asshole - but he's OUR fucking asshole. And he's the BEST asshole. And hearing him obliterate Ted Cruz, the most disingenuous, vile, serpent-like candidate I've seen in my lifetime...it made my heart feel good, man.
I spent all day working on this dank OC.
I think it's just a preference thing, honestly. I grew up with it's brash ugliness, so I'm so used to it that I don't even notice it anymore. If he ever changed the Geocities circa 1996 aesthetic it would be so jarring that his readers would flip out en masse. It's ugly as sin, but it's a familiar ugly.
It's a bit weird seeing a serious Bernie supporter in Trump territory.
If we somehow end up with the Trump vs Bernie maymay elections, who will you vote for? You like Sanders' policies better for sure(and I admit I am too ignorant about policies to discuss them in any meaningful way), but the biggest issue people in this board have with Bernie is his aura of limp-wristedness. Is this not a problem for you at all?
Howard Stern interviewed him, and asked him if he was faithful to his wife
When Trump said "yes", Howard sounded full of disbelief "you used to fuck everybody", he said.
Howard has known Trump for decades, they're old friends
>filthy f*cking weaboo
Isn't this moron saying that throwing more money into something works?
That's pretty liberal thinking.
Brand new hot off the presses mere minutes ago.
That speech may have just won Trump the election.
Who will be the first person from the GOP, to throw their support behind Trump
Just moved here a couple of months ago and I have an apartment in Brooklyn also so I haven't explored a lot over here. Please do tell. I got a 3 day weekend to kill.
Nah I'm gonna keep it for my kids when they grow up.
And the sad part (for Cruz) is he walked right into that one. If Cruz had kept his mouth shut against Trump for the rest of the night after gaining a slight win against him early on with the Canadian birth thing, people would be saying Cruz "probably" won. It wouldn't be "Trump fucked Cruz's butthole"
You're right, I do, and I'd vote Sanders if it came down to it, unless Sanders made a huge foreign policy misstep in the general. I don't see that happening, though.
I'd be happy voting for either. The only way I'd vote for Hillary - and I'd do it holding my nose and grimacing - would be if Cruz won. He's a nightmare. If Carson won, I'd probably vote for him, even though I think he's an absolute and complete idiot, just to stick my middle finger to the DNC for their corruption. If Rubio won or something, I'm not sure I'd bother going to the polls, honestly.
I don't think Bernie is limp-wristed as a matter of course...was it embarrassing to see him bizarrely pushed aside by BLM idiots? Absolutely, but there really was no better way to handle that for a non-Hillary dem, it was just a shitty situation. Hillary is a leviathan and you have to tread VERY carefully to even have a shot at defeating her.
Just made the official Donald Trump Jam Music Video
tell me what you think /trumpgen/
There will be a massive conspiracy to rip Iowa out of Trump's clutches. Remember, Iowa is a caucus, polling results typically don't correlate at all to the final result. There are all sorts of floor tricks that can be used to lock a candidate out.
Remember last time, Santorum vs. Paul vs. Romney
Not to mention it's the highlight of the debate that the news has been playing all day, Trump tearing Cruz a new asshole (and Cruz later apologizing)
Trump literally BTFO'ing Jeb on live television is my favorite moment
Nah, this is "normal" to me, but I'm honestly not sure if it's the same where you are. In the US, corporate, energy, farm subsidies are VERY much supported by "conservatives". Much more so than by liberals. Liberals get called on for supporting "clean energy" with subsidies, but natural gas and oil subsidies are MUCH higher, and are supported by conservatives much more often than liberals.
Former Republican presidential candidate and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham endorsed Jeb Bush for president, saying he believes the former Florida governor has the backs of America's troops.
"I have concluded without any hesitation, without any doubt that Jeb Bush is ready on day one to be a commander in chief worthy of the sacrifices of the one percent fighting this war," Graham said from a North Charleston hotel Friday morning, with Bush at his side.
Where were you when Jeb won the nomination?
Oh, and before Trump shills say this doesn't matter - http://www.nytimes.com/2015/07/30/upshot/2016-endorsements-how-and-why-they-matter.html?_r=0
endorsements = nomination
Always have, and always will.
Trump status = btfo
Looks like the hare got caught snoozing again....
Tell me... How does that crow taste, /pol/?
You said Jeb was done!
The tortoise and the hare!
I'm kinda thinking that Trump and Cruz are coordinating Trump's victory. There is no reason Cruz should have used that line. Trump already responded two days ago with the 9/11 remark, and now millions and millions of people just heard it.
Cruz must be devastated his boyfriend didn't have his back
>implying a 0%'er has any effect on the race
Cruz did not get a win against Trump on the naturalization issue. Cruz failed in his arguments to try and paint Trump as a fellow naturalized citizen by using a bullshit legal argument. Trump not only stumped him, he used his Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe as his source, undoubtedly a superior legal mind to Ted Cruz. Let's keep in mind that Cruz was champion debater at Princeton and a frequent high-court litigator for over a decade. Trump decimated him on this issue, in my opinion. "There's a difference; I was born here"; and his mentioning of the possibility of lawsuits will stick with voters' minds.
Probably not. He's content in Iowa. Trump has a "Special Announcement" coming in the next few days in Iowa, and it could be the Governors endorsement, which would be a major setback for Cruz.
trump is a hillaryshill. he will destroy himself and the republican party if nominated and we will have 8 more years of democrat transgendered bathrooms. dont fall for it. cruz is our only hope
You're looking at the facts, as Dilbert Man would put it, Two Dimensionally. Three Dimensionally Cruz won that exchange, albeit very minimally. Trump was right but that's not the important part of that exchange.
>Former Republican presidential candidate and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham endorsed Jeb Bush for president, saying he believes the former Florida governor has the backs of America's troops.
Wow, Yeb just picked up 0% of the vote that Graham had. Plus the ass-pirate faction of the Republican Party.
Do the Lucky Star OP next.
I like what you're going for here.
maybe to a layman he won that exchange, but if you look at the substantive points Trump is ahead; which to me is doubly impressive because Cruz by all accounts is a high IQ person.
Literally - literally - the end of the GOP if they do this. 161 years of history, now with a "end" date. You'll have the DNC, and a gigantic power vacuum that will be filled with a bunch of minor conservative parties in a bare knuckle brawl to claim the national mantle. Maybe it needs to happen, but I'd be surprised if the Powers That Be are dumb enough to let it occur.
Reminder that Cruz is a globalist, Goldman Sachs shill, and will literally throw America under the bus for their interests.
And the fact that Lindsey "Closet Faggot Fuck" Graham is backing Yeb tells you all you need to know about that situation.
I dont want some yankee new yorker trash as president, but Trump is a godsend compared to any of these other idiots.
Oh, awesome! Well, if you're looking for food, John Brown's (Google Maps should help you, it's not that far) is fantastic barbecue, and I'm partial to the ramen on the main drag a few blocks back from the waterfront (near the Hunters Point station)
What are your hobbies? I'm sure NYC can oblige you? (I've lived here for a long, long time)
Bro I'm not a New Yorker but it shook me. Anyone who's old enough to remember, knows what New York values are. There's one scene in my mind that sticks forever. It was right after the second tower collapsed, the dust was barely settled. There was a forklift that showed up with an entire pallet of bottled water and dropped it in the middle of the street. That stack of water got swarmed and within about a minute there wasn't a bottle left. But no one had taken any for themselves. They were all running back towards the pile with arm loads of water. New York values, are American values. American values, are New York values.
The essential problem with Ted Cruz is that he is a real dinosaur on a lot of issues like abortion, gay marriage and often resorts to blatant dishonesty as a normal tactic. Trump plays down those issues while going after the big demographic problems in a way that good 'ol Christian Ted Cruz can't do.
i smell lovely actually
What if this was the plan at the beginning, but at some point in the race Trump realized he could actually win this shit and went rogue?
Basically, Hillary unleashed something she couldn't control.
Here's the thing though. Even if Rafel "won" the battle with Trump half of the people who watched the debate found out for the first time that Rafael was born in Canada and had a Canadian citizenship until 15 months ago.
It's over for him! The new polls in a the next couple of weeks will probably have him tanking
Dilbert man says Trump won Three Dimensionally because there's still a big question mark on Cruz's head, while Cruz won Two Dimensionally because he had good arguments.
I'll respond to your bait, because you are failing to see one simple thing.
This election is obviously unlike any that have ever occurred before it. This is why everyone, outside of Scott Adams, have been dead wrong. So no, endorsements probably don't matter this time around either. Nothing you could point to that has been historically true applies to this specific election and this specific candidate. Whether it's meme magic, master persuaders or a combination of the two, it has changed. Forever.
So, Lindsey Graham means jack shit. NY Times articles about endorsements mean jack shit. Has the NY Times been right about anything around Trump since September? No?
Yup. Cruz took the bait from the moderator that asked him to make a comment about Trump. He should have known better, but in all fairness he desperately needed to win Iowa to stay relevant, this debate was probably his last stand.
Greetings. My name is Patrick Bateman™, and I have contacted you for important matters.
I have taken notice to your post It is of high quality™, but it's not the contents of the post that I'm interested by, it's the post-number.
Your post-number is unlike any other that I've ever seen. It is unique, as no other will ever obtain your distinct strand of numbers, but that is not the only unique thing about it.
Look at the numbers at the very end. Take a close look at them, and you might even realize it, too. Your post-number has ended in repeating digits, that is why I am contacting you.
I don't want to seem like a bother, as I understand that you're very busy crafting hundreds of quality™ posts such as the one I am replying to, but this is a matter more important than posts. It's a matter of life and death.
Here on [s4s], it is the most important rule of all that repeating digits much be checked and kek'd, that is why I am contacting you. I am here to check and kek your repeating digits for it is a matter of religious importance
So, after all this patience and discussion I will now check your repeating digits Here I go: #Checked
Now that your repeating digits have been checked by me, it is now time for me to leave I cannot spend all day checking your repeating digits, no matter how much I love them The reason? More digits must be checked.
Cruz won the part about the birther stuff. But that's little shit.
However, Trump schlonged him hard on the NY / 9/11 stuff. That wasn't little shit.
I'm going to WITNESS it.
THIS is JoJo's Bizarre? Holy shit animufags have been lying to me for years telling me it was good.
If the opening is any indication the thing is complete shit
I'll gladly just go back to watching my high def release of Outlaw Star
Also anon very good video, even with the subject matter you had to work with
>Cruz won the part about the birther stuff
No, there is no way for Cruz to win that. Just the mention of it plants the seeds of doubt in the voters' minds.
It has destroyed him already. He is dead and doesn't even realise it.
>implying Cruz won with "but yer mother was a scot"
Iowan here, I wish this would be the case, but I just can't see it happening. Terry is an oldschool reaganite and Christie has been sucking his dick like non other lately. I'm not sure what this announcement is but I doubt it's Brandstad.
He is doing an event tomorrow at 11:30 AM EST in New Hampshire.
It's not so much a rally, as it is a "come talk to the folks" kinda deal run by a former Senator, that is taking turns hosting all the candidates.
Do we know if it will be televised/streamed yet?
You nailed it, man. I have a friend in NYC, he's a fashion designer and a millionaire. He's a fruity fancy fuck and is probably the exact sort of person people have in mind when they talk about New Yorkers like that. On 9/11, he rode a bike from Brooklyn to Ground Zero, just like so many people did from every possible walk of life, and just tried to figure out what he could do to help in any way. He ended up clearing rubble with his bare hands, coming across, I shit you not, many body parts that he would walk over to emergency services, and just go wherever rescue personnel pointed him to help, for something like 12 straight hours non-stop, and then did it all again the next day. People in NYC are like anybody else and have their petty grievances from day-to-day, and bitch and moan and whine like any other, but god damn if New Yorkers don't come together and help one another when the time comes.
Of course it will:

For maximum /comfy/ Trump generals:
HIDE OBVIOUS SHILLS
FILTER OBVIOUS SHILLS
IGNORE OBVOIUS SHILLS
Take a minute out of your day and read this shit. Then get a freedom boner
Everyone does rallies, the thing is most people get 50-100 people to show up. Trump gets 15,000-20,000 people.
Because when Jeb or Cruz do a
"rally" ~15 people show up and it's an ebarrassment.
>Can somebody explain me why Trump is the only ones doing rallies?
The other candidates are doing rallies and holding events. But nobody on /pol/ particularly cares, so you rarely see a thread about them.
You faggots got me tearing up remembering those days after 9/11, when everyone here in Texas was just devastated and pissed at the same time. I can't even imagine what it was like for New York, as Trump says, seeing those beautiful towers come down and having that smell in the air. And I remember hearing the amazing stories of New Yorkers showing up to help, people even all over the country.
Cruz lost the election over this. Fuck him for trying divide us over petty wedge issues concocted by the elite
Jeb is doing much better rallies, IMO.
Did you know you can actually have breakfast with Columba if you RSVP the event?
Trump would never allow his plastic fake wife to have coffee with supporters.
He's not the only one doing rallies, but his are the only events worth mentioning. Literally thousands of people are turned away because whatever stadium or building they're in can't hold them all
>Bush donors await green light to jump ship
just gotta point this out, the freedom girls are under attack from facebook right now
Trump visited this Pizza Ranch in Iowa and got endorsed by them, and they crammed like 256 people in there. That is technically "Trumps smallest crowd so far"
Meanwhile Killary is only pulling like 115 people average at her rallies
>pl-please Donald, take my wife out for dinner and show her a g-good time..schlong her like you schlonged my life
Cruz won early. Anyone who questions that is delusional. Watch his reply when he was asked about new york values and watch his cocky little grin - he knew he just had to ride the early debate to through to the end and he'd be the winner.
But any gains Cruz got from the early debate vanished quickly when Trump stumped him
Good. It's just publicity, and even better, this time publicity that can in no way actually hurt Trump.
I wonder how many of these dumb libtards are going to be humming this song at work all day. Its catchy as hell.
Smh. Going through all this trouble to feel the Bern in the general.
its the only thing that explains all the media exposure and social media shilling.
these are left wing strongholds
nobody who challenges the establishment gets further opportunity to counterattack in the media. they get the blackout treatment like allen west and rand paul. id say cruz as well but he is just a glorified fall guy as well.
every sweep from the conservative base has resulted in phoney candidates getting elected like boner the catholic and mcconell
Hernie's already being emasculated by Hilldog
>To be fair he does oversell the tickets so that he isn't embarrassed by a small crowd
They oversell them because Berniebots started reserving thousands of them, with the intent of not showing up and thus causing a small crowd.
It's an effective counter strategy.
>endorsements = nomination
what does Miss Lindsey's endorsement mean when he failed to garner more than 1% in ANY poll?
the guy who channeled the RNC mantra that the party needs to attract hispanics to win didn't attract anybody.
Anybody have some good hat templates? Mine's way too big.
also if you look at the same thing on mobile the search changes into "Hitler Youth" so this is not something a liberal group has done it's actually facebook and it's coders
Yes, the delegates can decide for themselves who to support. But the candidate has the right to accept or reject their pledged delegates. If they feel a delegate isn't going to be loyal, they can replace him.
Bernie never even had a chance, and ALL of his supporters are too fucking retarded to even understand.
I ALMOST feel sorry for them.
GET IN HERE FAGGOTS
The Emperor is only at 83% it needs to be higher
>Depending on each state's law and each state's party rules, when voters cast ballots for a candidate, they may be voting to directly award delegates bound to vote for a particular candidate at the state or national convention (binding primary or caucus), or they may simply be expressing an opinion that the state party is not bound to follow in selecting delegates to the national convention (non-binding primary or caucus).
Irl /pol/ is generally never a good idea but this is pretty great anons, well meme'd
Bernie totally exposed! Caught with his pants down!
Actor Steve Buscemi was a NYC fire fighter prior to his successful acting career.
After 9/11, he went back and served with his former FD engine company for a time, to help look for victims during the clean-up after the disaster.
VICE PRESIDENT HOGAN
>“I’m resigned to it being over, frankly. It’s really disappointing,” said one top Bush Wall Street donor. “I’d urge him to get out after New Hampshire if he doesn’t do well, but he probably won’t."
JEB NO STAHP DON'T
wtf is the point of that webm?
I'm amazed to hear that even complete degenerate faggots will put aside their faggotry in the face of incredible carnage and just behave like a normal compassionate person
It either mass deportations now or mass murder/genocide in three decades.
