I teach in a big city in Little Rock and this is almost exclusively the case. All the stereotypical kids are usually SpEd; the rest of the black students are virtually identical to my other students. There are exceptions here and there, but the "thug" types are always the "ADHD/ODD/DINDU/ETC" classified kids. First experience getting nigged was in middle school.

He poked me with his pencil, the sharp end and I thought it was an accident, so I turned around.
He said, 'what are you looking at?"
I asked why he poked me, if he needed something and he said, "No."
So I turned back around to watch the movie.
Then he did it again and it fucking hurt.
I got up and said,"Stop stabbing me."

Then one of my other friends in the class who played football came over.
My friend out of nowhere shoved this kid and the nigger fell to the ground (bigger they are harder they fall sort of thing).
Mrs. Huerta woke up to the commotion but didn't know what happened.

I only just graduated high school, I went to two different ones because I moved. One school in Virginia was mostly black, the other, in Louisiana, was mostly white.

In Virginia fights were far more frequent, niggers blasted their rap music through their headphones, black kids desperately copied off of white kid's work, black kids were never prepared constantly having to ask for paper and pencils, and they constantly said racist shit without even paying it any mind. Examples include:

Meanwhile, ANY amount of white racism was completely intolerable. A friend of mine named John flew a confederate flag on his trick. The principal personally called him to the office and requested he stop at once to avoid any tension, he didn't order him to stop flying it because I am pretty sure he couldn't legally do that, but he did ask him.

In Louisiana, the majority white school, it was like Virginia's polar opposite. There was literally one fight the entire year I attended, and it was between a Mexican girl who fucked some nigger and a black girl who were fighting over who got to access the fucking vending machine first. Another welcomed change was the segregation. Obviously not official segregation because that would be illegal, but for the most part blacks and whites kept to their own. Niggers stayed in a hallway outside of the cafeteria during lunch constantly making fun of each other and dancing. All the white people were divided by their social groups (preppy kids, jocks, cool kids, etc.). For the most part the segregation actually made everyone get along better. Blacks wouldn't make fun of whites, and vice versa. A lot of the white kids were relatively racist, myself included, but we never attacked anyone. It was more of a simple awareness of what black people were.

I went to a private catholic college that is wedged between a civic center/downtown and a black ghetto, complete with a rescue mission and homeless shelter

the blacks preyed on the students. aggressive begging, breaking and entering cars and housing, occasionally an armed robbery

a few of my friends were getting into education. my roommate senior year had to teach in the inner city for class credit and experience. he had to video tape it and turn it in to his prof. I watched the film and was appalled at how none of these 8th graders were paying attention at all. he could not control these kids. he could not get them to pay attention or do anything. of the 25 or so maybe 3 were looked like they cared about learning.

after I graduated I made a bad choice and dated a girl who taught at an inner city charter school. she had horror stories of having to call in the mother of a chronically unruly child. the mother would have none of it. pulled the racist card, even turning to her child who was there for the meeting and saying "see! this is why I hate white people!"

I can't imagine going to public school, it sounds awful.

You're probably wrong. Most areas are legally required to pass students that deserve to fail, as a way to keep the student count low and keep 13 year olds out of 1st grade. I live in a relatively rural place, so schools aren't crowded. They're able to fail a student every other year, here. In more crowded places, they can limit it to a single failed year per student.

I live a short distance away in Shorewood, and we're targets for those animals, too. They can just shoot west across the Capitol Drive Bridge and disappear. They almost always do.
