I can't speak for all of /pol/ though here the act of violent rape is pretty much universally abhorrent. It is taken seriously no matter who does it. When you have large crowds of people assaulting people in public, especially if that is sexual assault and rape it is going to spark a lot of outrage.

It adds fuel to the fire that says people from the middle east are backward in their thinking about sex and what is acceptable civil behavior.

The modern trend of using the word rape to describe drunken sex, then only blaming the man, or people who revoke consent after the fact, those who use rape as a buzz word to attack those who disagree with them are the ones who are trivializing rape in the first world.

In the same way that people scream for the death penalty for criminals who haven't committed murder are the ones who are seen as dangerous authoritarian idiots.

If the rolls were reversed and hundreds of German refugees took to the streets of a country that was giving them asylum from the Nazis and started sexually assaulting and raping women in public in your country you would want to close the borders and deport them right back. Maybe even brand a yellow star of David to their chest for good measure.

I think that you are incorrect. /pol/acks are, tired of frivolous claims like "regret rape", or withdrawing consent after the fact. Or in such cases in which both parties were drunk, but the woman claims that she could not consent because she was drunk. There are so many ridiculous claims of rape at this point that it actually minimizes the import of the word and the concept. We are tired of males being universally castigated and demonized.

Sure there are some psychopaths on /pol/, but the collective /pol/ is opposed to any form of sexual assault from my experience.
