Here's the first book posted yesterday: http://imgur.com/a/gCg4T
Here's the first half of book 2:

This book did not play well with my scanner, so the middle is kind of blurry. Pic related and pic below are some rare Hitlers I found to make up for it. They were labelled "Rosenheim 11.8.35".
I've got a big trunk of family stuff I went through today, some of it might interest /pol/; stuff about how great Germany was when he got back from America, and how well the POW's were treated during the war (apparently they wandered around town). I also think I've located the 1933-1942 diaries in a family member's security deposit box. The diary author was back in Germany by 1936, so there should be some juicy stuff there. The 1942-1945 stuff is good.

The latter might be too unreadable
Some of those illustrations are really nice. Like the ones involving the child.
Hopefully someone comes translate them.
Great find OP.

Thank you, Diaryfag.
The illustrations really improved over the years. I showed a few other people this and we'd all love to see how this plays out.
Thank you again for taking the time to do this. I know it can be a pain, but you have a very important document.
When will you be back to continue?

>When will you be back to continue?
Yeah, I expect to post the second half of this book tomorrow, then 1942-1945 within the next few days. That one has stuff about the labor camp (which had a lot of Jews, according to the diary) near my grandfather's home.
>>60996086
>The 1942-1945 stuff is good
And later stuff isn't because your grandfather got cucked by mongols?
>>60997660
Thank you, I'll be waiting certainly.
Do you know which camp by any chance?
>>60997805
Nope, they were occupied by French troops. They talk about having their stuff stolen by the French constantly, and there are some drawings of French soldiers raping women. Apparently he later got some former French POW's (who had been held in their town) to quarter with their family, since they were a lot nicer than the newcomers.

The einstein one
I dont translate that,
Left side:
He is still jobless and on jobhunt
Right side (pretty interesting)
He always heard great stories about him, yet they are in his eyes exageratet. He always talked about the poor jews in palestine and how we should send money to them, yet he doesent mentioned a word about the starving children in Berlin and germany.
>remember it was the time of rezession in germany

We had a few Swiss and Dutch and Germanbros in here yesterday too. Maybe I should go recruit more help from /int/?
>>60996086
You have a great treassure there op, one of the last eyewitnesses of this time. Keep it safe for the people after you.
>>61002276
the part where you wrote ??? seems to be:
While seemingly having little friends in the higher (social) classes, he (P.) caused bad blood among the lower classes. To mention Germany's exceptional accomplishments in the war he did not bother.

Bump for support, OP. I fucking envy you so bad for having something like this.
P.S. - don't sell it to the Battlecruiser Operational above me. Keep it until you're on your deathbed and then pass it on.
