I don't mind black disney princesses and the princess and the frog at least steered away from race mixing. The problem is Disney seems to forget their main audience is white girls with these princess movies. The reason The Princess and the Frog flopped is because kids want to see people that look like them on screen when they are supposed to be people. Black girls have to deal with white princesses because they represent the largest portion of the audience but white girls don't want to watch a black princess.
It's not so much racism as it is just fact. There are natural aversions to people who aren't of your race.
