>Thinks $250k and under is rich.

Don't get me wrong, when you are in the bottom quarter of the six figure scale, it's comfy. But you aren't rich. Lots of sacrifices have to be made by guys in trades and industry. I was dirt fucking poor for about six years while I learned my jobs.

The white collar guys also have to live up to a certain standard as well. I took a figure aid course with a guy earning about $350k per year. He was a down to Earth guy that stumbled into the lifestyle.

And it is a lifestyle that is enforced... You have to drive a certain car, own a certain home for the purpose of entertaining clients and impressing them, amongst other shit.

Sure, he has a lot of nice stuff but he has to own it. The dude has very simple tastes and only drives his Mercedes when he has good show off, because that is a part of the job.

I consider myself good with money but also have a hard time saving much. There are just so many things that come up throughout the year and it feels impossible to save anything. There is always something to take that amount left after debts, bills, rent, etc. I make $15K more than I did 3 years ago yet it's harder than ever to save.

You really have no idea what I do entails and I doubt you could do it.

I grew in absolute poverty 1960's England - and from the age of 8 I knew i was gonna get as far away as possible from that situation. Real business is about helping people and giving those less fortunate (but who will actually help them fucking selfs) a leg up, like my friend did. I do the same and so do all real business owners. 52 years old and we started 12 years ago. Theres three ways to make mega bucks and only two. inherit it, Get outstanding grades in school and work for a company who pays you megabucks, and three start your own business.

Seriously kid it is paramount you do the best you can in school because despite what the people say here on /pol/ if you get a first in [insert supposedly pointless degree here] it will greatly increase your chances of getting employed or getting put on a graduate course to which you can earn a decent amount per year which you can save whilst you plan (planning is the arguably most important thing) what business you're going to start and grow. Also read the art of the deal, the prince by macciovelli, I'd reccomend more books but I don't actually read all that much. Also getting into a sport helps raise that masculine energy you'll need to survive the private sector world but I know business owners who aren't sporty, its more of a mindset really. Good luck!

I have two of them on the market, one has been on for 4 years. Hotels don't sell as fast as houses and especially given the economic climate. On reflection it hasn't been all that bad, its been really interesting, I've met some characters from all parts of the world and had laughs with them all. It's just such hard work which never seems to end but life is work and that's just me complaining. I'm holidaying right now in a house I recently bought here in Spain and when I look at the view from these Spanish mountains onto Malaga city it reminds me why I do what I do. it's really helped me grow as a person, and my wife too.

I guess what it comes down to is that I just couldn't see myself saying "yess boss sir" to some jackass who I don't think is paying me enough to which I go home to my average house and complain about it to my Wife. And, most importantly I wanna be able to give my kids opportunities I never had

I make about 200 euro (220 francs) a month walking peoples dogs for them. I still live at home of course.

It feels fucking terrible man. Sometimes I walk past a gang of shitskins at the park who throw chocolate at the dog and laugh as it overpowers me trying to eat it

The people I 'work for' are fucking terrible as well. All obese and can't be bothered to walk their fucking dogs. I used to have a client who forced me to give his dog a jam donut whenever it did a shit because it had blood in its shit and he didn't want it to feel bad.

This. Technologically speaking, there's no reason for goyim to work forty hours a week. And all of you who spend all your time working cause muh paper are a bunch of cvcks wasting your time to buy unnecessary shit.

And the only freelancing you can do is software.
And the only "technology" that is freelanced the most is php and java because nobody in the right mind wants to do that shit.

Where in the fuck do you live? I have friends in downtown manhatten paying only $1,600 a month, in good areas. I pay $750 a month in a small city. You gotta reevaluate where you are living boss.

5% of my base salary goes into my 401k and my employer matches it which is great but the rest are federal taxes (25%)
State taxes (10%)
And medicare & social security (3%)

$70,000

36h/week (a lot of downtime though when it's busy, it gets REALLY busy)

I don't really like my job, but it pays the bills. I would much rather make less money but make youtube videos all day and just generally whore around on the internet instead of dealing with the public.

If you bother getting your tax return it's better.

fuckk off with that shit bro. i agree with your point that technology can replace much of the labor force but that transition is massive. its impossible to do it with our current economic policies without major problems in society occurring.

the world isnt a zeitgeist movie.

I wish Commiefornia rather had a flat 20% VAT-like on commerce instead of this shitty income tax.
