Switzerland agreed to let EU citizens travel, live and work there, the swiss on the other hand can move and work freely in the EU and recive money for swiss projects. We should not forget that it gets easier access to the european market. If Switzerland would close it´s borders these advantages would vanish and it would basically become isolated in Europe. Most people who go there to work are white europeans anyway, such as germans (except for italians maybe).
