When I was growing up my dad always had secretaries for his office. They had to be women because it's a job not suited for a man (AKA, too easy).

She already hired few and they got pregnant within 6 months and that ended up costing her 10000€ each. She was pretty much bankrupt because the employees got themselves some dicking.
