Don't mind the completely unreported fact the same organization pushing trough this defacto ban is now under investigation and suspected by the German police for, you guessed it, illegal trafficing and have now been summoned by the police to produce evidence in their defense.

I think I have solved the "rich people get better lawyers therefore a favorable result" problem...

Current system: more money = better lawyer = better outcome = biased result = no justice (or less justice).

Solution: At some point before the trial, there is a coin toss to see who gets which lawyer. Why is this good?

1) It means a truly equal chance of getting justice

2) It means the rich guy wont spend an enormous amount because it could bite him in the arse later if his lawyer ends up with the other guy (addressing the quality gap of representation)

3) Lawyers will still try and do a good job for the other guy to protect their win/lose ratio

Why has this not been tried before?

By now you have probably noticed the significant decrease in Russia stories in the mainstream media. You've also probably noticed the increase in attacks on Mueller and his "independent" investigation. This ls all by design. The media has stopped talking about Russia so when Mueller's investigation drops its bombshell (which should be this week, most likely) it will hit much harder as people have let their guard down once again regarding Russia stories. For a while, people were tuning it out like noise.

The attack ads are to prepare people for the result, and the fact that it is being run by people with an obvious agenda.

The question is how will this play out? The Democrats will see it as a win, but the legitimacy of the finding will be called into question.
