If we want to stop North Korea from having nukes, this is the way. A complete trade embargo on China. If they have any sway in North Korea this will get them to act. They have a vested interest in have them there. China does not want a united Capitalist Korea on their border. Short of war with a lot of dead
South Koreans, that they are in range of North artillery. The pain it would cause China would make them act and quickly. Their could be economic problems in the USA to, so is it worth it to the USA. A benefit could be job creation in the USA. This could if not revoked quickly cause the collapse of the Chinese economy ( may lead to global collapse? ). We should not reverse it until North Korea allows inspections and gives up fissionable material.

We can do nothing to hurt North Korea other that war. Sanctions will not work when China will always bail them out.
