I used to be one of you guys from 2016 until last month. I was collecting redpills and pepe images, involved in observing alt-right podcasts, spending time posting in /pol/ nonstop and even involved with other far-right people in my area and feeding them information I learned from /pol/.

I realized very soon how from this entire place is. No, it didn't "become triggering to know the truth", I just begun to see logical inconsistencies, the anti-intellectualism, and even straight out hate against everything deviating from the norm. You will read many stories on /pol/ of the individuals that spend their time in this dark vortex, and none of them have fulfilled or reached the goals in their life (if they have, they would have done it faster without the politics bullshit anyway). Most people here are sad and use politics as a way to distract them from real life.

You people talk about "happenings" while you are the most vulnerable people in the entire world when I real happening would go down. You talk about "race war" while you are clearly not in any kind of fighting shape, mentally and physically. You talk about "we need a new Hitler" while an actual fascist dictatorship would have people like either shoved to work long, grueling hours in a weapons factory or straight up gassed for "being pornography-addicted degenerates". You talk about "saving the white race" while you all hate most white people that exist for having a wrong worldview, not being germanic enough or "being Chads not into politics enough".

Truth is, all of you are just as fucked up by the capitalism system as the poor blacks in the ghetto, being stuck with student loans and mental issues that could be treated easily if you had universal access to healthcare. Truth is that before Marx and his ideas came along, people worked long hours in the factories with no working safety regulations or defined working hours. Ben Carson has more in common with rich whites than with average blacks in america.

A conservative friend of mine recommended that I read this book and called it the "cure for my Marxist tendencies"

Is there a TLDR anywhere that summarizes all the points and arguments that Thomas Sowell makes in it?

The shortest audio book version I can find is over 9 hours long and I just don't have the time to read it at the moment, though I do plan to get to it in the future, but I'd really like to know some of the things Sowell says since this isn't the first time I've come across his name when asking right wingers for their opinions

If there isnt a TLDR, can any users on this board who've read the book elaborate on the arguments that Sowell presents?

Hey goys, I was bored with working in an office so I quit my job. I have a BS in finance and an MBA from a top tier public university, both in the US. I'm in great shape and am white. No criminal record at all. CCW permit and very gunz.
Only problem? I'm old as fuck. I turn 37 next month. What are my options? I haven't talked to a recruiter yet, but I might go tomorrow. I just hate the idea of going to work again forecasting or excel modeling and doing the 9-5 jew. Please give advice to an oldfag.
