All nations must have a military power not exceeding a defined limit based on the average capabilty
Big countries must split into confederations of smaller nations or sovereign countries
All nations are required to intervene if a country poses a threat by expanding its military over the limit and responsible political leaders would face execution as a punishment
Nuclear weapons are banned, researching or working on nuclear weapons will be considered a threat to umanity and punished harshly
It will be forbidden to build new weapons over a certain caliber and size, new weapons will need to be designed for a defensive purpose
Big forests and world heritage sites will be internationally protected, ie brazilian states will not be allowed to do whatever they want with the amazon rainforest

“Let's meet face to face and you tell me I'm not worthy,” Kristin Beck, a retired SEAL Team 6 member who has fought in Iraq and Afghanistan, told Business Insider.
