Hey, germanfag here.
So I've been looking for cases of §130 Grundgesetz (our "constitution") which basically says that you can't talk shit about people because of their ethnicty, religion or nationality.
I've looked into a lot of cases using this website https://dejure.org/dienste/lex/StGB/130/1.html and what I've found is that there are hundrets of really unknown cases and rulings. There are some really serious ones in there of which I have never heard of although our media are full of this kind of shit...
Most of that shit is about denying the Holocaust or talking shit about jews and in my opinion the sickest one is that on the 10/01/2010 3 guys were charged with 5400 Euros (everyone of them) for singing a song which goes:
"A subway, a subway, we build a subway, from Jerusalem to Auschwitz, we build a subway!"

Those were some drunk ass hooligans after a football match joking around on a street...
My question would be: Would those guys be charged in the US with something?

And fun-fact: If Cenk Uygur was german he could theoretically get a 3-5 year sentence for denying a genocide... Well probably not, because it wasn't the jewisch one but still...

Well this is demoralising. And this is with a really low work government job. If I actually had to work hard and work a full 8 hours or more then I'd go crazy.

My free time consists of procrastinating over dedicating all my time to some other heirarchy I can feel bad about (i.e., programming).

And you know what really runs it in? The normies who get jobs easily due to normieness and poshness. The thousands of teens on the internet getting rich for wacky reasons (apps, crypto, exporting marmite to Tajikistan) while I stick my nose in to SICP- a nerd too scared to go off the beaten path, cowed by the masses while at its bottom rung.
