We can assume the official story about an important political subject is often crafted to fit a narrative, perhaps even a hidden agenda.
You might stop listening to the MSM's propaganda and 'dezinformatia' and look for alternative news sources. But how do you decide whether these 'independent' sources are any more reliable? They may very well be controlled opposition to distract you from what's really going on. (Or paranoid neckbeards with too much free time.)
