While the real definition of privilege falls under an umbrella of being able to be granted, and not something is is a default occurrence; that would be known as a "right," therefore, giving all white men the right to further excel in the workplace and in social status vs women and other minorities, etc.

What I'm trying to say is that by your definition white men have the right, and not the privilege, (which means it would be possible to strip them of the ability,) to excel vs women and minorities.
