Why am I (born 1995) considered Gen Z? I thought Gen Z was 2000+.

Growing up around 2000-mid 2006 it was "late Gen Y" culture. The Playstation 2, GBA, DBZ/Yu gi oh/Pokemon Advanced, That's so Raven/Kim Possible, Lord of the Rings/Early Harry Potter, Justice League/Teen Titans era that felt nothing like today, due to the lack of social media.

Gen Z kid culture didn't begin until late 2006/2007 with Bieber, iPhone, Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Obama, Twitter, Fred, Wii, Big Bang Theory, Facebook, Great Recession, Pluto stopped being a planet,etc.

So how am I Gen Z when Gen Z culture didn't begin until I was 11, by which point my childhood was pretty much over? My childhood did NOT have smartphones or social media (though my teenhood did).

I didn't want Clinton. I'm exhausted with a political system that forces us into these binaries that are always lose-lose for the American people.

And while not outright rigged, there are inherent, systemic issues in the Democratic party and nomination processes that prevent true outsider candidates who can change the party from being able to come through the party.

So I understand. I criticized Clinton until the very end. BUT, as you point out, it is impossible to argue she would be anything other than a far better choice than Trump. Trump is a disaster. A massive clusterfuck. An unrestrained assault on reality and everything decent about the country as a whole.

So, I understood the imperative for unity. I really did. And I get the seriousness of the situation. But this is what they've used consistently in the past to steamroll their candidates through.

And in fact, despite Clinton being a worse candidate to compete with Trump, she was pushed through by Democrats as being the sane choice because no one else COULD win against Trump.

And all of that I deeply disliked. I want an end to these binaries. I want an end to parties telling voters what is good for them, and what works. The parties, both of them, are awful, and they do damage to our ability to govern sensibly.

Parties basically pave the way for the mob-minded approach to rapid and nonsensical polarization because they expect unification and consolidation of beliefs, until we're just two giant blobs of whatever opinions the parties think it best for us to have.

As we all know, those anti-fa, feminist, SJW cucks are leftists, which is considered to be socialist or communist.

One thing we need to remember though, is that Russia went through an eerily similar phase.

Nicholas the 2nd, Alexander the 3rd's son, didn't really want to be tsar, but after Russia's involvement in WW1, Lenin took the opportunity and overthrew the Tsar installing communism.

Next was President Trump, who was very conservative, and undid many of the reforms of Obama, to the dismay of the left. The rise of leftist groups also coincides with his term.
