The only criticism of racism is "that's racist".
There are never any intellectual debates happening on race because one side is deemed evil while the other holds themselves up as nothing short of holy.
The first step to overcoming an issue is admitting to yourself that there is an issue. There are so many good black people that have their heads in the sand and blame everything but their own race for the issues that they are faced with. The next time you see a black person committing a crime, violent or otherwise and of any significance, how about you blame that guy for racism rather than the white people who see this shit happen every day in this country and are sick of it?
How about you work on stopping the racism at the root, no one has ever disliked black people as a whole over something a white person told them. People are fooled into believing that all black people are awful because all they see are awful black people on tv, or wandering around the less fortunate neighborhoods looking like they'd murder you for the $5 bill in your wallet.
A smart, competent black person will not be considered awful or stereotyped by the VAST majority of people, no matter their color. Present yourself well, speak articulately and courteously. Do not speed, steal, or hurt anyone in any way. This is how proper people conduct themselves. It's not a race thing, there are white people who are despicable too, but with so many black people being raised without fathers and without proper nurture and love, you get so many black people who grow up to be horrifyingly awful people. That said there are also many black people who grew up in those circumstances who turned out just fine, albeit slightly quirky.

The more you respond to racism with menial and nonsensical responses, the more racism will spread. Instead, try to discuss without blaming, without insulting, without attacking. Rise above hate, show them that they're wrong, because deep down they know that they are. Most "racists" don't hate black people, more-so "black" culture that promotes violence, crime, and even "reverse racism" as the way to live your life. When you conduct yourself in that manner can you really blame people for stereotyping you and being afraid of you? When you wear "ghetto" attire that is associated with those same criminals can you really blame people for being fearful when they know nothing else about you or your life or your character?
Most people don't want to be racist, they just want to be proven wrong. That said, being shown that not all black people are scum does not negate the fact that there is a very excessive amount of black people who hurt random strangers without any provocation, who steal from people who also needed the money, who do things even as insignificant as jay walking or being excessively loud in public that just irks others and puts a race of people in a negative light.
Start at the root, and don't kill the messenger. Know that I say these things as a free-thinking advocate of the good people in all walks of life. Don't fight racism with racism, and don't fight it with ignorance.

Can someone please explain to me why being racist makes you a social pariah? Why is it that in 2015 you can have friends or even family who will judge you and look down on you simply because you have an opinion on racial differences?
I mean, being able to look at statistics, like how rich black students score the same on SATs as poor white students, how one in three black males will be in jail at least once over the course of their life (compared to 1 in 33 white males), how blacks make up 13% of the population yet they make up over 33% of the crime and over 50% of violent crime, if the population were 50/50 it would be an absolutely mind blowing amount of crime being perpetrated primarily by black males, etc.
Yet if you look at these facts and say "...Well, there's a problem there.." You will be blacklisted by people who, without using logic or having any interest in seeing things from another perspective regardless as to whether or not the other perspective has any credibility or not, have no idea what they're talking about.
From my point of view, refusing to look at statistics, factual evidence, and astounding percentages with an open mind and apply rational logic to the simple truth of inferiority and superiority is what is the true bigot of our time. Yet, racism goes hand-in-hand with bigotry, why is that? It makes no sense, calling a spade a spade is too hurtful nowadays and everyone is just looking to avoid harming someone's feelings. We live in a society that blacklists anyone who is capable of comprehending a simple observation and realizing a simple truth. A chihuahua is inferior to a Golden Retriever. A Great White shark is superior to a Sand Shark. A Caucasoid human is superior to a Negroid human. These are the facts of our life and the facts of our world, it is not something that I intend to use to hurt someone's feelings with or oppress or threaten, but it is a fact and being able to see that someone makes me a bad person? How?
