This memorial day lets take a moment to remember John F. Kennedy, the last true non-shill US president, for it's his 100th birthday today.

Without this man, you would have never been born, for he single handedly prevented a nuclear war in 1962 by ignoring what his hawk advisors were telling him to do (to bomb and invade Cuba). Instead, he used diplomacy and cool nerves to settle the crisis between the Soviet Union and the United States.

Lets not forget the other things he did.

>forced the 1963 nuclear test-ban treaty down the throats of the senate

>Wanted to "shatter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it into the winds" by gutting 20% of its budget in 1966 and make it an intelligence organization (its original intention), not a subversive paramilitary organization
>fucked Marilyn Monroe
>wasn't afraid of death and had multiple close-death experiences

Lets also not forget the fact he was going to withdraw from Vietnam, avoiding one of the most painful wars in Americas history, and that he was pursuing full rapprochement with Cuba in late 1963 via Ambassador William Attwood. He was killed before either of these things could be done by the CIA, for both moves would have been massive blows the the (((military-industrial complex))).
