Making a political party:
"Artículo 6.- El partido político en formación podrá proceder a la afiliación de sus miembros, para lo cual dispondrá de un plazo de doscientos diez días corridos. Será necesario que se afilie al partido un número de ciudadanos con derecho a sufragio equivalente, a lo menos, al 0,25 por ciento del electorado que hubiere sufragado en la última elección de diputados en cada una de las regiones donde esté constituyéndose, siempre y cuando dicho porcentaje del electorado en cada región fuere superior a 500 electores. Si del cálculo descrito resultare una cantidad de electores menor a 500, los partidos políticos deberán afiliar, en dichas regiones, al menos 500 electores. El cálculo del porcentaje señalado se hará según el escrutinio general practicado por el Tribunal Calificador de Elecciones.

La afiliación al partido en formación se efectuará mediante declaración suscrita por cada ciudadano con derecho a sufragio ante cualquier notario, ante el oficial del Registro Civil, o ante el funcionario habilitado del Servicio Electoral, quienes no podrán negarse a recibir la declaración a que hace referencia este artículo y no podrán cobrar por este servicio."

Communism is the next stage of humanity following the capitalist stage.

What exactly is communism according to Marxist-Leninists:
